The black dispersion detector is our company based on the international standard GB/T 18251-2000 for the detection of pigment or carbon black dispersion in polyolefin pipes, pipe fittings and mixed ingredients. The instrument is adapted to DZ3600-based software and corresponding microscopes. By measuring the size, shape, and dispersion of carbon black particles, it can establish the macro performance indicators of these parameters and mechanical properties, antistatic properties, and moisture absorption properties. The internal connection will have a positive impact on the quality assurance of plastic materials, production technology, and new product research and development, and at the same time promote the rapid improvement of the technological level of enterprises and industries.
